How do I compete in The Steptember Challenge?

It's time to call your friends and build your team! Here are a few tips on how to make that happen!

  1. Complete this form to register yourself as a team member.

  2. Have your team leader complete this form for the entire team.

  3. Walk/step/run/be active!

  4. Enjoy Yoga in the park two mornings a week and one evening a week.

  5. Take some sort of step in a healthier direction.
