The month of Steptember was full of healthy competition in more ways than one! We achieved new levels of health as an agency and as a community as teams participated in a month long step challenge. I can hardly express how grateful I am to have seen so many people jump on board to compete in the challenge and encourage their friends and neighbors to join in too!
This challenge was brought to the community by B.R.Knuckles Insurance and our friends at Auto Owners. We love working with a supportive, community minded company such as Auto Owners. Their team is helpful and encouraging to those we serve here in Elkton.
With the help of Auto Owners, we sponsored the month long challenge, virtual 5k, and yoga in the park all pointing Todd Countians to our Elkton-Todd County Park in the process. We've always been about keeping everything local from produce to business because we love supporting our neighbors. The total proceeds of this event and the donations from Auto Owners and our agency totaled to $4,893.07. We are so excited to give to the park in hopes to see every age enjoy spending time together getting healthy in challenges like steptember and anything else the park offers!
Dreaming up ways to care for our community is something we do daily here at B.R.Knuckles Insurance and we can't wait to see what the park does with the funds!
